These sound healing classes are designed to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with your body, & set powerful intentions for the week ahead. Through the soothing vibrations of rose quartz crystal bowls, mindful breath work, & gentle reflection; you’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, & aligned.
Yoga mats & pillows will be provided. If you have a yoga mat, I encourage you to bring it + anything else that makes your body feel comforted (i.e., blankets, pillows, body or pregnancy pillows).
