Root to Rise is a guided women’s wellness gathering that blends pelvic floor education, mindful breathwork, and restorative sound healing to help you feel grounded, connected, & deeply at home in your body.
Dr. Krista & Dr. Ashley will educate women on the importance of pelvic floor health & how our breath, core, & pelvic floor are all interconnected. Dr. Jessica, a trauma & sex therapist & sound healing practitioner, will provide additional education on how trauma is stored in our sacred womb before taking attendees on a journey with sound healing through the vibrations of rose quartz crystal bowls.
We encourage attendees to wear comfortable clothing that will allow them to lay down or sit comfortably. Yoga mats & chairs will be provided for body comfort needs. Additionally, Dr. Jessica will provide blankets & pillows for those who would like additional levels of comfort during the sound experience.
Water & light snacks will be provided at the end of the workshop.
