We will be having empowering conversations centering women’s mental health & sexual wellness, hosting a hands-on spring vision board craft, & closing with a sacred sound bath to ground & restore.

Empowering space for reflection, vulnerability, & intention-setting
For the sound bath, please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. You are welcome to bring your own pillow(s) and/or blanket(s) to increase your comfortability as well.
Chairs will be available for those who prefer to sit v. lay down.
